Cara serves as the main Project Manager to keep projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Cara has a rich background in medical technology, with a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in bioengineering and a Master's in Instructional Design for Online Learning. With over 20 years in medical technology she has contributed to Marketing, Product Development, Research and Development, and Education for numerous organizations.
She strives to use evidenced based practices in education through media-rich instructional design to provide engaging experiences that lead to authentic application of skills and knowledge that help individuals and organizations grow.
Paul grew up with a father in TV and radio broadcasting and mother as a teacher. He has always had a passion for bringing a vision to life. As a serial entrepreneur he builds and leads teams that grow organizations and engage customers to bring the idea to full fruition.
Primarily focused the last 30 years in the orthotic and prosthetics profession, Bamboo is the creative outlet for product development and R&D and all the areas that he hasn’t been able to focus on in the past. That 30 years of experience is used to work with clients to strategically bring ideas to life, efficiently and quickly.
Serial entrepreneur, servant leadership, grit and a relentless pursuit of excellence have driven the execution to transform his numerous companies to succeed through continuous innovation and delivery of products and services that strategically position customers for long term success.
Coryn Olpin
Instructional Designer
Coryn is an instructional designer with a medical background in prosthetics and engineering. She earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, then continued to pursue her certification as a Clinical Prosthetist. After working in patient care for 7 years, she transitioned over to the prosthetic’s manufacturing side of the O & P profession where her passion for teaching and training thrived. She then continued to pursue her M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology and continued to use her skills for developing both sales and customer training in addition to other marketing and development roles at a prosthetic manufacturing company. She now works independently as an Instructional Designer with the Bamboo Strategic Media team in addition to her own company, Coryn Nicole Designs. When she’s not working, she enjoys time with her family, staying active through sports and fitness, and painting.
Sarah Vaught
Instructional Designer
Sarah started her business career as an independent recruiter and marketing professional, concentrating in the pharmacy market for close to eleven years. A lifelong learner at heart, she decided to go back to school to pursue a master's in instructional design and technology. After completion of the
degree, she moved to Colorado and worked with corporate and universities as an instructional designer. She loves Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. When time allows, you will find her outdoors enjoying nature in any way possible. She also stays busy with her family and three kids. One of her passions is to
help children who struggle with dyslexia to meet their full potential.

Graphic & Media Designer
Carlo is a creative graphic designer with expertise in Adobe Products. He helps our team bring an idea to life. He creates anything from logos, to full length advanced video creation. His animations and graphics bring ideas to a visually appealing story. Carlo is a new father. He enjoys spending time with his
partner and their daughter.
